There are many paths to the Divine. Awaken to yourself and connect to the light within. Breathe. Write. Draw. Heal.
After a decade of being a caregiver for my mom in my early 30s, I embarked on a journey of self-exploration and spiritual development after she passed away in my 40s. Who am I without the caregiver label? How can I be of service from a nourished place in my own life? What do I really want? Self-care and a commitment to live in alignment with my true nature became tools for transformation.
Since writing has always been a way to process life experiences and share my voice in the world, I trained as a creative writing group facilitator in 2014 to help others do the same. I am certified in the Amherst Writers and Artists Method developed by Pat Schneider.
In 2015, I trained as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and supported women to make lifestyle changes that improved their health and well-being. While working with coaching clients, I discovered a knack for tapping into their true feelings and introduced guided meditations, creative exercises and self-care rituals to support their wholeness. After a few years of doing intuitive wellness consultations and health coaching sessions, I received additional training through various sources to offer Usui Reiki energy healing and spiritual support services.
I am an ordained interspiritual/ interfaith minister through the One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in NYC.
My primary spiritual path is a combination of silence, stillness, contemplation and writing. In addition, I honor my Haitian heritage through ancestor reverence.
My passion is supporting women to find and shine their light in the world and learn how to be healthy in mind, body and spirit. I use all of me to be in service where needed, sharing my gifts and the insights gained from living courageously and aligned with Spirit.
Participants in my women's circles enjoy an open, casual, and non-judgmental space to explore the deeper questions of their lives, tap into inner wisdom and listen inside. Music, poems, prayers, and visual prompts from different traditions support the journey to deepen spiritual connection, awaken creativity and connect with your light.

“It has been an incredible opportunity to grow and explore with Rev. Patricia’s guidance. She creates a space where I felt safe to try new things and discover unknown abilities. She is gentle and encouraging but also intuitively knows the moments to push you to share your work or try new things. I try to take any class or workshop that she offers because she is the type of person who you feel yourself connected to and encouraged."
“This is a very healing and inspiring space. I was completely present and was able to really tap into my writing. I love to write and was able to let the words flow from my pen. This was very liberating. I look forward to the next one.”
“The space that Rev. Patricia created felt safe and welcoming. It gave me the confidence to share my writing which is usually very hard for me to do.”
Services are available to anyone whether you are rooted in a particular faith tradition, consider yourself spiritual but not religious or simply appreciate nature.
