Reclaim your inner peace and discover your purpose.

After a decade of being a caregiver for my mom in my early 30s, I embarked on a journey of self-exploration and spiritual development after she passed away in my 40s. Who am I without the caregiver label? How can I be of service from a nourished place in my own life? Self-care and a commitment to live in alignment with my true nature became tools for transformation. My whole life has been about rising above and moving through challenges with creativity, resilience, and inner guidance. The first item on my personal code of ethics list is to reach for possibilities, even when it seems that none exist.
My commitment to living in alignment is anchored in a family heritage that taught me the sacred value of giving back. Long before my formal ministry, this passion for community volunteerism led me to seek out spaces where voice and connection could flourish. In 2012, I served as the Managing Editor for Kalyani Magazine, a platform dedicated to amplifying the stories of women of color. This belief in the transformative power of the written word later took me to Malawi, Africa, where in 2014 and 2015, I led creative writing workshops for girls and women, witnessing firsthand how reclaiming one’s narrative is a universal act of liberation. Closer to home, since 1994, I have found deep joy in serving as an English conversation partner, supporting speakers of other languages as they find their own voices in a new tongue. Whether across the globe or in my own neighborhood, my path has always been about fostering dignity, resilience, and the courage to reach for possibilities.

My search for alignment was catalyzed by a profound turning point: a personal health diagnosis and the heavy weight of caregiver burnout. At the time, I was a seasoned healthcare marketer, and I fully intended to return to that fast-paced role after a brief hiatus. However, what began as a pause became a non-negotiable journey inward. This season of stillness shifted my focus from marketing health to others to prioritizing my own internal well-being and self-discovery. It was a radical transformation that taught me how wellness is a tapestry woven from every area of our lives—our thoughts, our environments, and our spiritual connections. This awakening sparked the launch of my coaching practice, Holistic Big Ideas. As a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I began building a bridge between the physical and the metaphysical. My mission was to help others see that "big ideas" are not just abstract concepts, but lived experiences of health and wholeness. This work revealed a deeper calling within me: to support the soul as much as the self. It was this bridge—built on the foundation of holistic wellness—that led me directly to the doors of One Spirit Interfaith Seminary, where I could fully integrate my passion for healing with my path as a minister.

When I graduated from seminary, I created a ministry vision that has since become my guiding compass in life. At its core, it’s about supporting others—wherever they are on their journey—to discover and share their light, all while continuing to nurture my own.
How I Show Up in the World:
At this phase of life, my inner wisdom flows from a blend of intuition, formal training, and the personal lessons I’ve gained by moving through life’s toughest challenges.

My passion is to support women who feel alone, different, or disconnected, helping them reconnect with their deepest authenticity and shine their light in the world. I create a warm, nurturing environment, particularly for introverts, highly sensitive individuals, empaths, and creatives on a spiritual journey. If you’ve ever felt isolated or unsure of where to begin, I invite you to join a fluid, organic path of self-discovery—one that honors your spirit and resonates with your soul.
My own spiritual life is anchored in silence, stillness, and contemplation through writing, meditation, and communing with nature. I also honor my Haitian heritage through ancestor reverence. Drawing from these diverse traditions and my own practices, I invite you to explore what truly sustains you. Together, we can illuminate your unique light through:

“ It has been an incredible opportunity to grow and explore with Rev. Patricia's guidance. I have attended writing workshops and drawing/meditation workshops. Both workshops were an opportunity to discover that I am able to write in new ways and that drawing can be an outlet for my inner self. I love learning from Rev Patricia. She creates spaces where I felt safe to try new things and discover unknown abilities. She is gentle and encouraging but also intuitively knows the moments to push you to share your work or try new things. I try to take any class or workshop that she offers because she is the type of person who you feel yourself connected to and encouraged." Kimberly Huyser
"Patricia is a gifted writing workshop leader and facilitator. Using music, art, and words, Patricia creates an inviting and safe space for new and seasoned writers to come together. Her training as an interspiritual minister uniquely positions Patricia to lead workshops that are rooted in compassion for the self and others. Her very presence sets a tone that is welcoming and respectful to all." Mary Simmerling
