Join me for reflection and spiritual exploration through writing. All events open with breathing, prayer and/or meditation.
After a decade of being a caregiver for my Mom, I embarked on a journey of self-exploration and spiritual development after she passed away. This led me to train as a creative writing group facilitator in the Amherst Writers and Artists Method developed by Pat Schneider. Now, as a newly ordained interspiritual/interfaith minister through the One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in NYC, I offer myself in service where needed.
Curious about writing as a tool to tap into your inner wisdom and connect more deeply with yourself?
Join me for a journey of self-reflection and spiritual exploration through writing as a spiritual practice. Participants enjoy an open, casual, non-judgmental space to connect more deeply with themselves, tap into inner wisdom and learn to listen inside.
Music, poems, prayers, and visual prompts support the journey to explore the deepest questions and awaken creativity.
Writing sessions are facilitated using the Amherst Writers and Artists Method (AWA) developed by Pat Schneider. AWA’s core belief is simple: every person is a writer, and every writer deserves a safe environment in which to experiment, learn, and develop craft.
All events begin with breathing exercises and meditation to release stress and tension.
If you've attended a workshop and had an amazing experience, please share your feedback so that other participants know what to expect.
I also offer a 60-minute consultation to discuss your spiritual needs. Speak with me about creating simple rituals using writing and other tools to support your well-being or mark different phases of your life in a meaningful way.
Services are available to anyone whether you are rooted in a particular faith tradition, consider yourself spiritual but not religious or simply appreciate nature.
No prior writing experience needed.
